I. printing quality inspection

1. Color control

many daily chemical enterprises may have this kind of experience: Although the quality inspectors have carefully compared the color of product packaging, they still receive complaints from customers about the color of product packaging, which may lead to return of goods or claims in serious cases. If you want to effectively solve this problem, the simplest way is to use d65/a standard light source specified by the international lighting organization when there is very little use in the industry related to people's clothing, food, housing and transportation to verify the color of goods. 2. Combination fastness and wear resistance control of ink layer

Many day-to-day chemical companies are more aware of this, and have taken improving the indicators of product packaging and printing as an important task. For paper printing, the abrasion resistance or abrasion resistance of the surface ink layer is a very important test index; For plastic printing, the combination fastness of printing ink layer and plastic substrate is a very important test index. The national standard 7706 stipulates that the abrasion resistance of the ink layer should be more than 70%; Gb7707 stipulates that the combination fastness of plastic printing ink and plastic substrate shall be greater than 95%. II. Inspection of packaging containers

1. opening force and tightening force test of bottle cap (or container cap)

2. sealing performance test (including the sealing performance test after falling)

this test item can test the sealing of packaging. The effective test of sealing performance can avoid the poor sealing problems caused by poor sealing of packaging or other factors. III. testing of packaging materials

1. testing of mechanical strength of film materials

flexible packaging of daily chemical products is mostly made of composite materials. After being processed into bags, they are exposed to harsh environment and are easily affected by moisture and chemical composition. The composite layer is likely to cause damage, and at the same time, the packaging will be damaged due to various factors during transportation. This requires the control of mechanical and physical properties of materials. General mechanical strength includes tensile strength and elongation of materials, heat sealing strength (or heat sealing strength), composite strength (or peel strength), etc. Quality control can be carried out according to zby28004 (method for determination of heat sealing strength of plastic film packaging bags), gb8808 (peel test method for soft composite plastics), gb13022 (test method for tensile properties of plastic films) and other relevant standards. At present, the testing equipment widely used for these performance tests in the daily chemical industry is the PC intelligent electronic tensile testing machine produced by Jinan Languang. This equipment is specially tailored for the flexible packaging industry. It has a number of independent testing functions such as tensile strength, maximum tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength, heat sealing strength, peel strength, constant tensile stress and elastic modulus. Users in the daily chemical industry need to carefully analyze whether they have the above functions when purchasing testing instruments. 2. detection of smoothness and friction coefficient

3. testing of impact resistance of packaging materials

good impact resistance of packaging materials can effectively avoid damage caused by poor impact resistance or falling performance of packaging materials in the circulation process. Daily chemical enterprises can use BMC dart impact tester to test the impact resistance of packaging materials in accordance with GB test method for impact resistance of plastic films and sheets

it should be noted that the control of the impact resistance of packaging materials can prevent the packaging surface from being damaged due to insufficient material toughness, and the actual damage often comes from the sealing, so the control in this regard should be combined with the test of thermal sealing strength. 4. testing of barrier properties of plastic materials

in a broad sense, the barrier properties of materials include two aspects: humidity resistance and gas resistance

1) moisture resistance of the material. It usually refers to the barrier performance of materials against water vapor. Taking the washing powder in daily chemical products as an example, its packaging materials have quite strict requirements on the permeability of water vapor. Daily chemical enterprises need to control the barrier performance of packaging materials to water vapor to prevent the deliquescence of products or the drying of cosmetics. Specifically, the water vapor transmission can be measured according to the provisions of GB 1037

2) gas resistance of the material. It usually refers to the barrier performance of materials against oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and other gases. The control of this index is conducive to ensuring the quality of products within the shelf life. Most of the daily chemical products are very sensitive to oxygen and are easily oxidized and deteriorated. at present, the concept of quality control of barrier performance in the daily chemical industry is still vague. Many enterprises believe that the heat sealing strength and sealing performance have been controlled, so the barrier performance must be no problem.
